Τι θα πρέπει να κάνω αν κάποιο προϊόν φθάσει σπασμένο ή ένα κρασί χαλασμένο:

The products supported and promoted by ekava.gr have been carefully selected by experts and based on the quality provided by our producer or supplier. ekava.gr stores all products in air-conditioned areas which strictly adhere to the storage and maintenance specifications of each product.
Παρά τις συνεχείς προσπάθειες ώστε τα προϊόντα που προωθούμε στους πελάτες μας να βρίσκονται σε άριστη κατάσταση, υπάρχουν ελάχιστες περιπτώσεις κατά τις οποίες ένα προϊόν μπορεί να είναι χαλασμένο χωρίς -τις περισσότερες φορές- να γίνεται με δική μας ευθύνη.Δεχόμαστε επιστροφές προϊόντων τα οποία είναι χαλασμένα, without any limitation, as long as the problem is identified by you and you inform us about it no later than 7 (seven) days after receipt of the product. We ask our customers to inform us about this through the "Contact" page and stating the exact problem. A competent partner will contact the customer about this. The following customer is informed about the acceptance of the return, from the eshop, via email.

In the description of the problem, please also state whether you wish the refund to your account or the replacement of the damaged product. The customer must return the damaged product so that we can notify our supplier.

The return is made free for the customer, and the refund or replacement of the product is made after receipt by ekava.gr of the damaged product.

Παράγγειλα κάποια προϊόντα από λάθος. Μπορώ να τα επιστρέψω αφού τα έχω παραλάβει:

We accept the cancellation of an order without cost to the customer if the order is cancelled before sending it. In case of cancellation after an order has been sent and before its delivery, the customer is only charged with the relevant transport costs (shipping and receiving the product).
This charge also applies in case of cancellation of an order that, for any reason, is sent to the customer without a shipping charge.

We accept products which I received after the date of receipt by the customer.

We accept the cancellation of an order that contains products or packaging personalized for the customer or the recipient (e.g. the customer's or recipient's name is engraved or printed on the packaging) only as long as the order is canceled within 24 (twenty-four) hours of its placement

We do not accept returns of opened or damaged products.

Πως θα μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα που έδωσα στην περίπτωση ακύρωσης μιας παραγγελίας μου, ή επιστροφής προϊόντων – Υπαναχώρηση:

Έχετε στη διάθεσή σας 7  ημέρες για να υπαναχωρήσετε από την αγορά που τυχόν πραγματοποιήσατε μέσω του ηλεκτρονικού μας καταστήματος, χωρίς να αναφέρετε τους λόγους ή να μας παρέχετε οποιαδήποτε εξήγηση (αναίτια υπαναχώρηση). Το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης ασκείται όταν θέλετε να επιστρέψετε το προϊόν που αγοράσατε από το ηλεκτρονικό μας κατάστημα, και να λάβετε πίσω τα χρήματά σας. Σε αυτή τη περίπτωση επιβαρύνεστε με τα μεταφορικά σας που είναι 3€, τα οποία αφαιρούνται από το ποσό που θα σας επιστραφεί.

The above period of 7 (seven) calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, is exercised from the day after the day on which you or a person you may have indicated to us as responsible for receiving your products (other than the carrier) obtained the physical possession of the purchased goods.

Withdrawal Procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send us the completed application within 7 (seven) days HERE.

You must also send us the products within 7 (seven) days. The charge for the return of the products is borne by you alone, that is, you will be charged for the transport costs of receiving and sending products.
In addition, refunds are only made for the value of the products + VAT (not including shipping or cash on delivery costs that you may have paid).

However, it is clarified that in order to get your money back in the case of withdrawal, the product must be in excellent condition received without damage and complete, in its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents.

ekava.gr DOES NOT receive products that are returned upon your withdrawal and that have dirt, wear, abrasions, creases and generally give us the impression that they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt, otherwise ekava.gr will not accept these products, since the right of withdrawal has not been legally exercised and is not in accordance with the terms of the present.

The right of withdrawal does not apply:

In cases where the price of the products has been paid at the Kava Cellar physical store and at the same time, they have been received from the physical store, the sale is not considered to have been made remotely.
